3. Ordering & Payments

  • Services can be purchased directly via our Website.
  • Payments are required in full upfront before work commences.
  • We accept payments through secure third-party payment providers.
  • Once payment is received, you will receive confirmation via email.

4. Delivery of Services

  • SEO audit reports are typically delivered by email in PDF format (or agreed alternative) within the timeframe specified on the service description page.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and client cooperation.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and any required access to complete the audit.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided that work has not yet begun.
  • Once work on your audit has started, refunds are not available.
  • If you believe there is an issue with the service provided, please contact us so we can work to resolve it.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure all information provided is accurate and up to date.
  • Clients agree to provide necessary access (e.g., CMS, Google Search Console, analytics platforms) when requested to complete audits.
  • Clients are responsible for implementing audit recommendations; we provide advice and analysis, but implementation lies with the client.

  • Upon full payment, the client is granted a licence to use the deliverables for their own business purposes.

  • We treat all client information, including CMS or Google Search Console access, as strictly confidential.
  • Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.

11. Termination of Services
